YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR JOURNEY.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
FaithQuest365 is a Bible reading and reflection service. This policy explains the information used by our public information website and our account-based test application, and the choices you have about it.
FaithQuest365 is operated by Titanium Overcomer. Contact: drchristinelee@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you choose Continue with Google, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, provide and store your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, including your name and profile picture if supplied. We use your name to suggest an initial display name, which you can change in Settings. We do not receive your Google password.
Google sign-in requests only the openid, email and profile permissions. FaithQuest365 does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar.
- Account preferences, including display name, time zone, journey start date, theme and selected reading plan.
- Reading progress and dates, quiz answers, participation points, achievements, challenges and optional grace dates.
- Content you choose to save, including journal entries and their categories, prayer requests and follow-ups, saved verse references and private notes.
- Private fellowship group details and memberships when you choose to create or join a group.
- Session and security information needed to authenticate requests, limit abuse and recover from errors. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and technical logs.
- Messages and contact details you send when requesting support.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, keep your journey associated with your account, synchronize saved progress across devices, provide the features you select, protect accounts, investigate service problems and respond to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or send private journal or prayer content to an AI service for training. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Your private content and optional sharing
Saved journals, prayer requests, follow-ups and verse notes are private to your account within the application. Other readers and fellowship group members cannot browse these entries. Joining a fellowship group is optional; its participants can see the group information, members' display names and rounded reading-plan completion percentages described when you join. Joining does not share your journal, prayers or private notes.
Your entries may reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive information. Only enter information you are comfortable storing with this service, and avoid including another person's identifying or sensitive information without their permission. Private account controls are not end-to-end encryption. The operator and authorized service providers may need limited access to operate the service, resolve a support request, investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and account data storage, and Vercel for website/application hosting and access protection. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. The protected test application also requires Vercel access, which is separate from your FaithQuest365 Google sign-in.
Information may also be disclosed when you ask us to do so, when reasonably necessary to protect accounts or investigate misuse, or when required by applicable law. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; choosing a database region does not mean all support, security and service metadata stays in that region.
Cookies, browser storage and drafts
Account sign-in uses cookies or similar authentication storage to maintain and refresh your session. Vercel may also set cookies for its deployment access check. We do not add advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics to the public information pages.
Reading comfort preferences and reader position may be remembered in this browser. Browser-only demo mode stores its journey in local storage on that device; it is separate from an authenticated account and is not automatically uploaded or imported. Clear that browser's site data to remove its demo data and preferences.
In account mode, unsaved journal, prayer and verse-note drafts are held temporarily in application memory while you navigate. They are not included in exports as saved entries, and a reload or closing the page can lose them. Account progress and private entries are not intentionally persisted in local storage as a fallback. Downloaded exports are separate files under your control.
Retention and account deletion
We keep saved account information while your account remains active, unless you delete individual content or your account. In Profile & Settings, you can export your account data and review account deletion. Deletion requires explicit confirmation and a recent Google sign-in; a failed or uncertain request must not be treated as a completed deletion.
After successful deletion, your live FaithQuest365 profile and associated personal journey data are removed, your memberships are removed and groups you own are closed. Other members keep their own personal journeys. This does not delete your Google account. Signing in again creates a new FaithQuest365 account.
Copies you downloaded or shared are not erased by account deletion. Limited technical, security or backup records held by service providers may remain under their retention processes or where required by law; we do not promise immediate removal from every provider log or backup. The test service does not guarantee that lost or deleted entries can be recovered.
Your choices and requests
You can update available profile preferences, edit or remove supported personal entries, export saved account data, leave a fellowship group, sign out of all devices or delete your account through Settings. You can also remove FaithQuest365's connection in your Google Account; removing that connection does not by itself delete your saved FaithQuest365 account.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact the operator using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Please do not email passwords, sign-in codes or a complete private journal.
Security and test-release limitations
We use HTTPS, authenticated requests and account-specific data access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google and Vercel accounts, sign out on shared devices, keep exports private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
FaithQuest365 is currently being tested. Its hosted test application uses the existing development backend, so local development and hosted testing can access the same account records. Use sample content during testing and keep your own private exports of anything you want to retain.
Children and consent
FaithQuest365 is not directed to young children. Use of the account service requires the ability to provide valid consent or the permission required under the law that applies to you. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. Material changes to how we use personal information will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. If a new use requires your consent, we will seek it before that use begins.
